The last time I went to Disney World, I stayed at The Wilderness Lodge. This is a great hotel. When you walk into the lobby, you'll notice that all the architecture is carved with the faces of exotic animals. Everything is made from pine wood, which gives the feeling of being on a camp ground. This hotel has 2 pools and a beautiful white sand beach. This allows vacationers to relax and breathe in the fresh, warm Florida air. This hotel has a 7 story lobby with amazing views. The main theme of the hotel is to be at peace and enjoy nature.
When it comes to the rooms, there are usually 3 beds; the bunk beds are made of pine wood. For each room, there is a different theme. These themes include wildlife, Native American culture and carvings from mother nature. You have a very pretty view from the balcony; it allows you to see the pools. The Wilderness Lodge is located in the Magic Kingdom. This hotel was so unusual that I'll never forget it.
This looks like an awesome place to stay in while visitng Disney! The last picture is great! It certainly looks like it is going to make you feel like you are in the middle of the wilderness.
ReplyDeleteIronically, this reminds me of my stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. Its similar in structure with different themes in a room. It also is an indoor waterpark. (Memory Lane for a minute)
